Shipping

LuLu Chews ships Monday through Thursday to help avoid weekend transit delays. We do not ship on Fridays. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost shown at checkout.

Fresh Pack & warm-weather shipping

Our handmade caramels are heat-sensitive. Fresh Pack insulated-box shipping is $4.95. Temperature-protective packaging is especially important during warmer months, generally May 1 through October 1, and for destinations with higher temperatures or longer transit times. Keep your caramels cool and enjoy at room temperature.

Local pickup

Local pickup is available at The Café at B'More Made with Pride, home of LuLu Chews DFC, at 6617 Harford Rd, Baltimore, MD 21214. Please contact us to arrange pickup timing before visiting.
